Chelsea is a minimalist family home, architecurally designed around a series of connected black boxes.

Despite being split accross four levels, the home feels like single-level living, with the living opening directly onto the tiled courtyard.

​

The dining area boasts 6m ceilings, and to complete the gallery feeling, an art hanging system throughout the house allows flexibility in art display.

​

Sustainability is in every feature, with an oversized solar system, commercial double glazed and tinted glass systems and sustainably sourced timbers.

 

 

Why call her Chelsea?

CrossFit is part of our heritage. We name all our projects after the benchmark workouts.
